We have a 30 minute band loading zone right in front of our building located at 14 W Martin St. A parking guide for downtown Raleigh can be found here. In general, street parking is free after 6pm Monday-Friday, and completely free on Saturday and Sunday.

OUR LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCES ARE GENERALLY 18+, WITH PATRONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 BEING REQUIRED TO PAY A $5 SURCHARGE UPON ENTRY. FOR ATTENDEES UNDER THE AGE OF 18, A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT; AND, MUST ENTER THE VENUE AND REMAIN PRESENT WHILE SAID MINOR(S) ARE IN THE VENUE.

AFTER 10:00PM EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. NEPTUNES IS A 21+ VENUE ONLY! IN THE OCCASION THAT A PERFORMANCE THAT HAS STARTED BEFORE 10PM EXTENDS PAST 10PM, UNDERAGE PATRONS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PERFORMANCE, BUT MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE AT THE END OF THE SHOW.

Neptunes does not serve food but our sister bar directly above us, Le Dive serves food! Grab a bite and drink or grab some food to go!

Yes, day of show tickets can be purchased with cash or card at the door. Cash purchases are not subject to service fees at the door.

We do have some seating against the walls of the club as well as seating at the bar. For the most part, though, we are standing room only.

We make a strong effort to start shows at the show time listed on the website and Instagram. Bands generally play between 30 minutes to an hour each. Come rock with us!
